Information about our delivery options.

 

 

Free in Store Collection

 

Most of our items are in stock ready to collect, we'll notify you as soon as your order is ready to collect, usually within a few hours of placing your order.

 

 

Shipping Options

 

We also offer shipping direct to your doorstep. The shipping options will be calculated at chekcout based on your order total weight.

 

 

Shipping pricing

 

Orders over $150:

Free Express Shipping

 

Orders less than $150

 

$15 express shipping 

OR 

Free Osborne Park collection.

 

 

Delivery Timeframe

 

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day and shipping times are estimated at between 1-6 business days depending on your location within Australia. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order, we will notify you within 1 business day.

 

Perth orders are generally received with 1-2 business days assuming there are no abnormal delays with the Aus Post Express service.

 

PLEASE NOTE: All deliveries from the DJ Hub Shop are made via Australia Post Express and TNT Express, both of which are 3rd party businesses and Perth DJ Hub can not be held accountable for delivery delays during their peak times.

 

 

Returned Deliveries (RTS):

 

If your order is returned to us by our delivery partners, we can re-send it to you, though this may incur a delivery fee. Should you choose to not have your order redelivered, we will subtract a RTS (return to sender) fee from your refund.

 

 

Selecting Authority to Leave

 

Please note that we do not replace or refund goods that are deemed missing when opting in for Authority to Leave (ATL). You are responsible for goods after they have been left by our delivery partners. Please do not leave delivery instructions for your goods to be left unattended if you are unsure. This way, if no one is home, they can be securely stored at the local post office until you are ready to pick them up.

 

 

TNT Express

 

Some of our products are too bulky or heavy to send by Australia Post Express. If pick up is not selected, orders for these items will be sent via TNT Express to your address.

TNT Express items are not able to be delivered to PO Boxes. We recommend using a business address or home address where someone will be there to sign for it.
